You hit the nail on the head here....so often I see clients and colleagues hope that the latest change methodology is the answer to their problems. Sometimes these "classic" processes work but most-times they just cost a load of cash!

I guess the challenge is how to wean managers away from these superficially attractive but ultimately unfulfilling 'fast food' solutions and onto something that is organizationally more 'nutritional'!
